Getting Started with Blackjack

Calculating Your Points

If you have a low scoring hand (4-17) you can click on the hit button to accept another card. You can request as many cards as you want as long as your total does not go over 21. Hitting, Splitting and Doubling Down
If you are dealt two of the same valued cards, you can choose to split your hand into two playing hands side by side. If your two hands total 10 points you can choose to double down. This is where you accept one additional card and the bet is automatically doubled. Once you have gotten to a point where you are happy with your total you can click on the stand button and the dealer will flip over his downward facing card and try and beat your hand. In Blackjack all standard wins will pay out even money with a hand of Blackjack paying out 3:1.
